LNS ORDER

1) How do I place an order?
You can place an order by email to sales@lifenstyleasia.com

2) Is there a minimum purchase order?
Yes, we do receive at minimum 30 pieces of small items and 5 pieces of large item. Please feel free to contact us for any questions or inquiries for your desired items. Small items are small parcel items with maximum lenght should not exceed 60 cm long with maximum weight 30 kgs. Larger than this we consider as large items.

3) Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once you have received and send us back your confirmation of our offer we will send you an order confirmation.

4) Can I make changes to my order?
We receive no changes after an order confirmation.

5) What can I expect prior to my delivery or services?
We will keep you updated with information about ready items per email included estimate time departure and estimate time arrival.

LNS PAYMENTS

6) How do I pay for my goods?
After finalizing your order, upon receive order confirmation you will also receive bank account details.

7) What is the deposit policy?
Minimum of 30% of the total amount of order should be paid in advance. The rest of payment is 7 days after bill of lading (BL or BoL).

8) How is the final payment policy?
Final payment payable at 7 days after invoice date/bill of lading date. After we received your payment, you will receive all necessary documents to get the shipment.

LNS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

9) How can I get a refund of exchange of my furniture?
All LNS goods has to pass strict Quality Control check. In any situation there is damage on the way, and in condition we need to exchange or refund your goods, this condition has to be supported with report that can be discussed for best solution ddirectly after receiving and controlling the items in between 7 days.

10) How will I know that my good will be sent in best condition and best container?
LNS provides services in Quality Control to ensure goods are sent in best condition (passing audit reports) as well as monitoring packing and shipping.

11) Is there any guarantee or any after sale service?
We do not receive complaints or return request after 1 month or receiveing your goods. We ensure that we sell only good quality materials that shall pass certain quality control to avoid complaints and rejection.

Please feel free to contact us to make and appointment to check on the availibility on certain items before visiting our showrooms.
